She Supports Virtual Assistant

A Little Bit About Me
(or why you need a virtual assistant!)

I'm so glad you found me! My name is Joanna. I'm a wife and a mom of two almost-adult kids and I was diagnosed with ADHD when I was 40 years old.

More than 25 years ago, I got my Dental Office Administration certificate from the University College of the Fraser Valley (now the University of the Fraser Valley.) I've been fortunate to sit in every chair behind the front desk of a dental office, from junior receptionist to office manager.

Right around Covid, I was lucky to spend 5 years as a receptionist in a health & wellness clinic. The principal chiropractor of the clinic was devoted to helping families with kids with neurodevelopment disorders so, the clinic saw a lot of kids and parents on the autism spectrum and with ADHD. I was so honoured and proud to assist those families to get funding from Autism Canada, to apply for the Disability Tax Credit, or access other supports. Now, I'm looking forward to supporting you and your family or business in the same way. Let's sit down together to see how I can make your life a little bit smoother!
